Steps to import users from Google Workspace account to WorkDrive:

1. Sign in to your Zoho account using the "Sign in using a Google account" option.
   
2. Go to the Zoho WorkDrive app page in Google Workspace Marketplace.
   
3. Click Install, which will open a consent screen.
   
4. Read the terms and privacy policies of this application, then click Continue to proceed.
   
   
   
   
5. In the "Confirm your choices" screen that appears next, grant WorkDrive permissions to View your installed application's licensing information and View users on your domain.
   
6. Finally, read the terms of service and privacy policies of the Zoho WorkDrive app, then click Allow to install.
   
   
   Now you can launch WorkDrive from your Google Apps launcher icon.
   
   
   

   1. If you are a new user, launching WorkDrive from Google Apps launcher will take you to the Zoho Accounts page to create an account.
      
   2. Select the region name and click Continue to create your Zoho Account.
      
   3. In the Create Team page that appears next, enter a Team Name, and click the Invite Users from Admin Console button to import Google Workspace users.
      
   
   
7. In WorkDrive, click Admin Console in the bottom-left corner.
   The Admin Console page will open in a new tab. Dashboard will be selected by default.
8. Click Members in the left panel.
   
9. Click INVITE FROM G SUITE in the top-right corner. The Invite Members page will list all users in your Google Workspace account.
   
   
   
   
10. Choose the members you want to add to the WorkDrive account and click Invite Members at the bottom.
    
    
    
    
11. Selecting Admin in the checkbox to the right to the user's name will add them as a Team Admin in WorkDrive; otherwise, they will be added as a Team Member.
