Buy additional storage to your individual plan
The free Individual plan includes 5 GB of storage. If you need more, you can purchase additional storage as a monthly or yearly subscription.
Storage add-ons are available in 10 GB and 100 GB sizes. You can purchase multiple add-ons to match your needs - for example, 510 GB by selecting 5 units of 100 GB and 1 unit of 10 GB.
Note: The 10 GB add-on is available on yearly plans only and cannot be purchased as a monthly subscription.
To buy additional storage
- Click your Profile icon.
- Under My WorkDrive, select Plan Details. The plan details page will open.
- Scroll to the Storage used section and click Buy more storage add-on. You'll be redirected to the ZStore page.
- Choose a billing cycle — Monthly or Yearly.
- Enter the quantity for each add-on.
- Once specified, click Proceed.
- Enter your billing details and complete the payment.
Once the payment is confirmed, your additional storage will be available immediately.
Limitations
When switching from an Individual account to a team account, your storage add-on subscriptions are cancelled and will not carry over to the new plan.
- Upgrading to a new Team account — The unused portion of your storage subscription amount will be prorated and deducted from your Team plan payment.
- Joining an existing Team — You must cancel your Individual Storage add-ons before joining. You can do this in one of two ways:
- Go to the Store page and click Cancel Subscription Immediately.
- Click Cancel Subscription and Proceed with Joining Team to cancel your add-ons and join the team in one step.
