Prerequisites 

1. Ensure the necessary fields in Zoho CRM are populated for the records you want to include.
   
2. If using related records (like products associated with a deal), ensure the related fields are configured as subforms in your CRM module.
   
3. Confirm that you have the required permissions to access the modules and fields in CRM.
   

Steps 

Using label templates in Zoho Writer 

1. Open the label template in Zoho Writer.
   
2. Click the hamburger menu and select the Automate tab.
   
3. Choose Zoho CRM as your data source, and select the module containing the label data.
   
4. Insert the required fields into your label template.
   
5. Preview the template to ensure all the labels' data appear correctly for multiple records.
   
6. Once verified, you can print the labels or export them as a PDF for batch printing.
   

Using merge templates in Zoho CRM 

1. Log in to your Zoho CRM account.
   
2. Navigate to the module containing the records you want to create labels for (e.g., Contacts, Leads, or Deals).
   
3. Select the records for which you want to generate labels.
   
4. Click More Actions > Mail Merge and choose your label template.
   
5. Follow from the 4th step of the previous section.
