How to merge with envelopes in Writer?
To use mail merge to print envelopes, follow the below steps.
- Click File > New from Template.
- Under the Templates header, choose Labels and Envelopes and choose a template that best suits your needs.
3. To merge data, click More Options(☰) > Automate > Merge template
4. Now choose to import the data source of your choice.
5. Under Manage Fields header, you will find the available merge fields to be inserted in your document.
6. Now insert the merge fields in your label. Each row (or record) in your data source will be merged with an individual label.
7. Click Preview Merge under the Preview Document header.
8. Check if the labels are ready to print in the Preview mode. You can Print/Download right away from the preview merge page.
9. Click the Back to Editor button if you need to make any change to your label template.
