How to add a dynamic link to a text for each recipient in document merge?

Image and text links with dynamic values is useful when you want to send out documents with image/text having unique links for each recipient.

For Example : The words ‘click here’ should have different link address (URL) on every merged document as shown below.

Steps to create dynamic links

After merging, select the text that needs to have a dynamic text link.
From the Link dropdown and choose Insert Link.
Choose the appropriate Merge Fields containing dynamic link values as shown and click Apply.
