1. a. Open the merge status notification email and click the merge logs URL mentioned in it.Or,1. b. Open the template that you used for the merge operation. On the left panel, go to the Automate tab --> Finish, and click the View Log button.2. In the merge logs window that opens, you can view: the merge logs and deluge/custom function logs.3. In the merge logs you can view details such as:
- Overall Merge Status (Initiated, completed, in-progress, etc.)
- Custom Function Status
- Merge status: Total number of records successfully merged vs failed
- Output status: Total number of records for which the merge output was processed successfully vs failed
4. To view the logs specific to each record, click the relevant record from the list displayed below the merge and output status.
1. Open the Merge Logs window using the steps above.2. Go to the Custom Function Status field to provide the status of the custom functions (Deluge/DRE) added in the merge templates.3. To view the Deluge or custom function logs, click the View Debug Info link. You can see the details of the custom functions executed, along with error messages of functions that did not execute properly.

105 | Mail limit reached. You have reached the daily mail limit of 1000. |
111 | Failed to create attachment. |
201 | Failed to create HTML. |
202 | The email could not be sent. Please try again. |
1001 | Mail Merge Permission revoked. Permission to mail merge has been revoked. Contact admin. |
1002 | Record permission revoked. Access to records for mail merge has been revoked. Contact record owner/admin. |
1005 | One of the lookup fields used as an email address does not contain a valid value. Adding a lookup record in the CRM entity from which the customer initiated the mail merge will resolve the issue. |
1008 | Internal error occurred. Error while sending email. Contact support@zohocrm.com |
1011 | Failed to fetch the related list data. |
1012 | Daily mail limit for your mail merge exceeded. |
1018 | Document length exceeding 7 lakh characters won't be processed in mail merge. |
1103 | Unable to download the attachment. |
1104 | Failed to include the 'unique attachment'. |
1202 | Permission denied for the selected folder. |
1203 | Folder not found or improperly configured for document storage. |
1204 | Zoho Docs is discontinued. Please use the WorkDrive folder ID to store all your merged documents. |
1301 | Mail sending failed. An Internal error occurred while processing images in Zoho CRM. Contact support@zohocrm.com |
1302 | Attachment upload failed. Internal Error in attaching document. Contact support@zohocrm.com |
1304 | Record Email opted-out. The record owner/admin opted out emails for the record. |
1305 | Organization Email blocked. Email has been blocked for this organization. Contact admin |
1306 | Failure in sending email. Invalid / blocked recipients mail address present. |
1309 | DMARC verification failed. DMARC verification failed for 'From' address |
1317 | Invalid Email Address. Recipient email address is invalid. |
1320 | Failed to retrieve email template from CRM, possibly due to deletion, invalid email template, or a CRM-related issue. |
1321 | Mail hard bounce. Please check the recipient’s email address and try again. |
1322 | Mail soft bounce. |
1401 | Unable to execute the custom functions. |
1402 | Run time exception due to code execution. |
1403 | Function execution limit has exceeded. |
1701 | Unable to send email. Please try again. |
1702 | Images count exceeded. Email images count exceeds the allowed limit of 60. |
1703 | Attachment failed. An Error occurred when uploading the attachment. |
1704 | Attachments size exceeded. Attachments size greater than allowed limit. |
