How to attach a merged document to an invoice in Zoho Books

Overview

Zoho Writer's merge templates has a built-in gallery function to automatically attach the generated document to a specified invoice in Zoho Books.

Steps 

  1. Open your desired merge template in Zoho Writer
  2. Choose Merge and invoke custom function as the output option.
  3. In the dialog that opens click Configure under Invoke custom function.
    1. Click Gallery -> Attach to Zoho Books Invoice

    2. Create the required Deluge connections and click Save & Link function.
