Zoho Desk Extension to Post Articles from Writer

Save a draft of how-to and knowledge base articles to Zoho Desk from within Writer using the Zoho Desk extension. Get the content ready, save a draft from Writer and instantly publish these articles from Zoho Desk. Make sure you have installed and authorized the Zoho Desk Extension from Marketplace. If not, follow these steps to do so.

Pre-requisite:

You need to have at least one desk portal.

To post articles from Writer to Zoho Desk:

Click Zoho Desk under Extensions from the left panel.
If you haven't authorized the Zoho Desk extension yet, you will be prompted to do so.
Post any article or topic in the authorized portal. If you want to change the selected portal, re-authorize the extension from Manage Extensions and proceed.
If you're posting an article, choose a department, category and a sub-section. Provide a title for your article and save the draft.
If you're posting a topic, choose a category, forum and the post type. Assign a title for your article and save the draft.
