Steps 

How to enable accessibility options in Writer's dashboard 

  1. Open Zoho Writer dashboard and click your profile icon in the top-right.
  2. Click Accessibility Options in the panel and choose your preferred accessibility category.
  3. Enable or modify the desired accessibility control. The changes will be reflected instantly.

How to enable accessibility options in document editor 

  1. Open your desired document in Zoho Writer and click Help -> Accessibility Options.
  2. Choose your preferred accessibility category and enable or modify the desired accessibility control.

How to enable accessibility options in published documents 

  1. Access the document's published URL and click the three dots icon.
  2. Choose Accessibility Options in the dropdown and choose your preferred accessibility category.
  3. Enable or modify the desired accessibility option. The changes will be reflected instantly.

 Note 

  • You can reset the accessibility options using the Reset to Default button.
