How to turn off chat history in Cliq?

You can turn off chat history to prevent saving your conversation. The conversation will disappear once the message is seen.
To turn off chat history, do the following:
  1. Open a 1-1 chat window. In the bottom right corner select Actions and click Turn Off History.
  2. Once you click Turn off History, a notification will appear in the chat - You have opted NOT to save conversation for this chat.


Note:
  1. Turn Off History should be enabled for each chat separately.
  2. The chat history can be turned off for all 1-1 and group chats.
  3. The Turn off history feature can be disabled for the organization by the org admin. Refer your Organization Policy.
  4. This feature is available only in the paid version of Cliq.
