How do I clear messages in a Channel?

To clear all the messages in a channel:

1. Click on the Channel image. A dialog window with the channel preview will appear.
2. Click on the actions option(3 dots) and select Clear.

3. A confirmation popup will appear. Click Yes, Clear channel conversation to clear the chat conversation.
   

Note:

• The actions option(3 dots) will only appear to users who have authorized permission.
• When you clear messages in a channel it deletes the entire conversation and is not recoverable.
