How to join Cliq organization?

Sign up:

  1. Open your preferred web browser and navigate to www.zoho.com/cliq .
Note: The domain extension may vary based on your data center. For instance, .com is for the US DC, while other data centers may use different extensions (e.g., .eu, .in, etc.).
  1. To create a new Cliq account enter the following details :
  • Email
  • Password
  • Phone number (Mandatory for IN DC).
  1. Read the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and accept them by clicking on the checkbox.
  2. Click on the START YOUR FREE TRIAL button to create your free trial account.

  3. Now you will receive an email to the registered mail ID for verification of your account. Click on the Confirm Account button provided in the email and enter the password.

  4. If you have entered a phone number, an OTP will be sent for verification instead of an email. Enter the OTP to verify.
Now you have two options: Setup your business or Join an existing business
Join an existing business  
There are two ways to join an existing business:
  1. Wait for an invite from your organization.
  2. Search for the organization (if it’s public) using the email address of one of its employees, and send a request to join.

NotesNote: You must have a Zoho account to join a Cliq organization.

If you don't have one, you will be prompted to sign up, accept the invite, and then you will be redirected to the Cliq organization.

Search existing company and join organization

  • You can also search for an existing organization using the email address of one of its members and request to join.
  • Click on Request to join company
  • If a request has already been sent, you can check your email or click Resend Invite to receive the invitation again and accept it.
  • If you want to cancel your request to join a company, click Cancel Request.
  • Once your request to join a company is approved, you will receive an email notification.

  • A user cannot have both a paid and free Cliq account simultaneously.
