Case 1: Zoho Cliq without Zoho People integration

For admins:

1. Navigate to the Admin Panel.
2. Under Configurations, toggle the button for Predictive User Presence (Powered by Zoho AI).
3. Once enabled, users can choose to enable or disable this feature according to their preference.

For users:

1. Navigate to the User Panel.
2. Navigate to Profile & Settings > Privacy > Working Hours.
3. Enable the toggle for Usual Working Hours.
   

Note:

Admins have the option to restrict user control over this feature by selecting the lock icon, preventing users from making changes to their working hours settings.

Case 2: Zoho Cliq with Zoho People integration

For Admins:

1. Navigate to the Admin Panel.
2. Go to Integrations and click on Zoho People.
3. Toggle the option Display estimated check-in and check-out times on user profile under Configuration.

Feature behaviour:

• When enabled: Probable check-in/out times will be displayed in users' profiles, and users will not be able to modify their preferences in the user panel.
• When disabled: The probable check-in/out feature and the working hours setting will be hidden from users, and they will not have access to view or change these settings.

Note:

When Zoho Cliq is integrated with Zoho People, the settings follow the configurations defined in the Attendance settings within Zoho People. This allows for tailored visibility and access, with options to:

• Reporting managers (RMs) – Only designated RMs can view certain settings or information.
• Department members – Team members within a department can view each other's statuses.
• All Employees – Settings can be applied org-wide for a unified experience.
