You can create a new journey from the import file or expand an existing one.

Discovered how your prospects move about in your business? Use them directly to build a journey configuration

#journey from scratch
Path Finder in CommandCenter is a journey discovery tool, that tracks and records customer interaction with your touchpoints. As a result of tracking, Path Finder produces a Journey Report among the other two reports: Sankey and Path. This journey report looks just like a Journey Builder configuration, from which one can decipher how paths originated and flowed through in your business. This native report of Path Finder can be exported as .png for your use.

This PNG export is your truth: The truth how your prospects and customers moved around in your business and importing this discovery directly into Journey Builder, saves you a lot of time (re)creating them.

Use your meeting whiteboards to implement your CX plans
