To create a forum post, click Write a Forum post in the top-right corner of the Forums module.
This opens the rich text editor, where you can draft your post, format it professionally, attach files, and publish it to the right audience.
If you want to continue writing an existing draft, click My Drafts in the top-left corner to access all saved drafts.
Enter a title in the Title field.
Use the subject area to write your content.
Format the post using the available editor tools.
The forum editor supports:

Bulleted lists

Before publishing, you can use these options:
Preview to review how the post will look to your audience.
Mark as Mandatory to designate the forum post as required reading.
Manage to disable comments and make the post read-only.
Add Tags to include hashtags so members can find the post more easily.
Choose Category to assign one or more relevant categories.
If you publish without choosing a category, the post appears under Others at the bottom of the categories list.
If you are not ready to publish:
Click Save draft to keep the post for later.
Click the down arrow on Publish and choose Schedule Forum to publish it at a future time.
Once everything is ready, click Publish to share your forum post with the community.
