Reporting posts, comments, and members
Overview
Keeping your community safe and respectful is important. In Zoho CommunitySpaces, members can report posts, comments, or even other members that go against the community guidelines. This helps maintain a healthy platform for everyone.
Anyone in the community can report posts, comments, or members in the Zoho CommunitySpaces.
Community hosts or Super host will review reports and take appropriate action.
How to report a post
Go to the post you want to report.
Click the three dots icon (...) in the top-right corner of the post.
Select Report Post from the dropdown.

In the pop-up, enter your reason for reporting and click Submit.

Once reported, community hosts will verify your report and moderate the post accordingly.
Find the comment you'd like to report.
Hover over it and click the three dots icon (...) on the right side.
Click Report.
Enter your reason and click Submit.
How to report a member
Visit the profile of the member you wish to report.
Click the three dots icon (...) in the top-right corner of their profile page.
Select Report User from the dropdown.
Enter your reason and click Submit.
