Managing Spaces

Open Manage Spaces

  1. Click the three-dot menu at the bottom of the left navigation panel. 
  2. Select Manage Spaces. 

Manage Spaces provides hosts and superhosts a centralized place to handle space administration. 

Access and manage any space

Use Manage Spaces to access and manage any space, including restricted spaces, even if you are not currently a member of that space. This makes it especially useful for superhosts and hosts, as it acts like a central backdoor into all spaces. 


Use Search in the top right to search for spaces with its name and Sort to sort the list by created time or alphabet.


Manage archived and deleted spaces

  1. Open Archived Spaces to view spaces that have been archived and no longer appear in search.

  2. To restore an archived space, open its Settings > Advanced menu with Manage and Unarchive it. 





  3. Open Deleted Spaces to view deleted spaces and manage recovery or visibility where applicable.



    Click Restore to recover the space or Delete to remove it permanently.


These options help you manage active and inactive spaces from one place.
