Zoho Learn MCP enables you to connect your Zoho Learn with AI-powered applications using the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
By connecting Zoho Learn to Zoho MCP, organizations can enable AI agents to access information stored in Learn and use them to create workflows.
The MCP servers can be accessed using the following URLs based on your data center:

Prerequisites
Before configuring Zoho Learn MCP, ensure that:
- You have an active Learn account
- You have to be a part of the Zoho Learn hub
- Your hub contains published manuals, articles, or learning resources
- You have access to a supported MCP-compatible AI client (such as Claude Desktop, Cursor, or other MCP-enabled clients)
- MCP access is enabled for your Zoho services

To configure Zoho Learn MCP:
Step 1: Open Zoho MCP
- Sign in to your Zoho account and open the Zoho MCP console.
- Navigate to the MCP dashboard and create a new MCP server.

3. Enter a Server Name and click Create.
Inside your MCP server configuration:
- Click Add Tool
- Select Zoho Learn

Choose the Learn resources the MCP server can access.
You can access:
- Manuals
- Spaces
- Hubs
- Published knowledge articles
- Training resources and reports

This ensures AI clients only retrieve approved content.
Zoho Learn supports automatic grouping of MCP tools based on functionality, making it easier to identify and manage related tools while configuring your MCP server. You can switch between grouped and individual tool views as needed.
Step 4: Generate MCP Endpoint Configuration
Once configured, Zoho MCP generates the endpoint details required for your AI client connection.
This includes:

Connect to Your AI Client
Add the generated MCP configuration to your supported AI client. For example, in MCP-supported desktop clients, update the MCP server configuration file using the generated credentials. After configuration, restart the client.
The AI assistant can now securely access Zoho Learn resources.
