The Super Admin/Admin of the Zoho Learn account must send an email to migrations@zohoaccounts.com with the preferred data center and other details.

The hub's current URL may not be available in the new data center. The URL could be subject to change and will be allocated based on availability. If needed, you can request a URL change by contacting our support team after the migration.
Invitations will not be migrated.
The recent version of the published articles will be migrated.
In case the last published version is edited and in drafts, the readers of the manual cannot see the article. The contributors have to manually publish the article after migration.
The externally shared link will become invalid. Users must retrieve the new link from Zoho Learn for externally shared manuals after migration.
Certificates will not be migrated.
SCORM courses will not be migrated.
Custom portal and its users will not be migrated.
Custom domain will not be migrated. Users will have to set up custom domain in the new data center after migration.
