Data center migration

Data center migration

When you create a Zoho account, (including Zoho Learn account) all your information will be stored in one of Zoho's data centers. This data center will automatically be assigned by Zoho, based on your location and IP address. Your data will be securely stored in the designated data center and will not be transferred to any other data center based on the location of access.

Below is the list of Zoho Learn data centers along with their corresponding URLs:

United States (US)

https://learn.zoho.com

European Union (EU)

https://learn.zoho.eu

India (IN)

Australia (AU)

Japan (JP)

China (CN)

Saudi Arabia (SA)

However, due to regulations and geopolitical situations, if there is a need to transfer your data to another data center, you can now raise a request for data center migration.

Migration process

The Super Admin/Admin of the Zoho Learn account must send an email to migrations@zohoaccounts.com with the preferred data center and other details.

Notes
Note:
  1. The Super Admin or an Admin who initiates the migration will become our point of contact for all migration-related activities and issues.
  2. During migration, any changes made in the source data center will not be migrated to the destination data center.
  3. To migrate data, a new mirror account will be created temporarily in the destination data center. Once all the data is migrated, accounts will be swapped.
