In Zoho Learn, any user who has contributor or admin permission will be able to edit an article.
To edit an article:
- Navigate to the article.
- Click the Edit icon (
) to the right of the article view.
Editing an article that has an embedded PDF
To change the file in an embedded article:
- Navigate to the article.
- Click the Replace File icon.
3. Click Browse, then choose the file from your computer.
4. Click Replace, then click Finish.
Updating an article using a file
The update article option lets you update an existing article's content by uploading a file, similar to the
import article option. You can use this option to replace the article's existing content with the content from the uploaded file.
To update an article using a file
Open the article you want to update.
Click the More options menu and select Update Article.
Choose the file you want to use to update the article.

Click Update.
The article view refreshes to display the updated content.
- The article's current content will be overwritten and will be saved as draft.
- Supported formats:.rtf, .txt, .html, .htm, .zip, .doc, .docx, .odt and .md ยท Max size: MS Word (.docx) - 50 MB, Other files - 10 MB
- The previous version can be restored by accessing Version History of the article.
