You have the option to generate a backup of the manuals within your hub through manual export. This feature allows you to export the manual to a zip file, which includes HTML files containing the articles. By downloading the zip file, you can save an offline copy and view the articles and chapters in the same format as they appear within Zoho Learn. The manual's administrator will have the permission to initiate the export.

You also have the option to export individual articles as PDF files. For instructions on how to do this, please visit exporting an article.

To export a manual:

  1. Navigate to the manual, then click the More options icon () in the top-right corner.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Go to the Export tab, then click Export.
  4. You will receive an in-app and email notification once the export is complete.

To download the exported file:

  1. Navigate to the manual, then click the More options icon () in the top-right corner.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Go to the Export tab, then click Download zip.
