External sharing in Zoho Learn enables sharing of manuals to users who are not part of your hub using a public URL. You can also protect your manuals with a password and set an expiration date for the URL.


To share a manual using a public URL:

      1. Navigate to the manual, then click Share.
      2. Enable External Sharing and click Copy link to copy the link to your clipboard.



       3. Click Manage to set a password or set an expiration date for your manual.
       4. Turn Password Protection on and enter the password.
       5. Turn Link Expiration on and select a date.
       6. Enable Article Export to allow export of articles within the manual.
       7. Enable Last Modified to display the last modified date of the articles within the manual
       8. Select the language to be displayed on the external sharing page under Language section.


       9. Click Update to save your preferences.
