You can also add the certificates that you have created to the library to reuse them for other courses.

Adding fields to your certificate

You can add dynamic fields to your certificate that will be auto-filled depending on the settings of your course. You can select from the list of dynamic fields for your course certificate such as course name, author name, learner name, completed date, and start date.

To add fields to your certificate:

1. Navigate to the certificate editor, then go to the Fields tab.

2. Drag and drop the field under Fields to the area in your certificate that you prefer.

Customize the alignment,style, and size of the font by selecting the Format Value option that appears on top of the editor view once you click on field that you have added.

Adding elements to your certificate

You can add a heading, paragraph, table, space, line, or even insert an image with the help of elements.

To add elements other than images to a certificate:

1. Navigate to the certificate editor and then go to the Elements tab.

2. From the Elements tab, drag and drop the element that you want to add.
   

3. Then enter the text .
   

Once you have entered the text, format it using the options that appear at the top of the editor view once you click the element.

To insert an image:

1. Navigate to the certificate editor and then go to the Elements tab.

2. Click Image to drag and drop it on the certificate, then click the Upload Image button to select the image from your device.

3. Once you've selected the image, click OK.

Changing the background image of the certificate

You can also change the background of the certificate. This option lets you customize the look of the certificate such that it aligns with your needs.

To change the background image of the certificate:

1. Click Background Image to the top of the editor view.
