In Zoho Learn, course certificates can be personalized with values from a learner’s user profile. This lets admins include details such as department, designation, or other custom profile information directly on the certificate.
Go to the course where you want to add a certificate with user profile fields.
Click Create certificate if you have not yet assigned a certificate to a course.
In case you've already assigned a certificate, click Edit.
In the Fields panel, scroll or search to view the list of available User Profile Fields.
Drag and drop the desired fields (for example: First Name, Department, Designation) onto the certificate design.
Adjust placement using spacers, style, and size as needed, then click Done.
