Create account in Zoho Projects Plus

Create a new account 

 If you do not have a Zoho account, you can create one by following the below steps:
  1. Navigate to www.zoho.com/projectsplus/.
  2. Click Sign Up.
  3. Enter your company name, email address, password, and phone number.
  4. Select the checkbox to agree to the terms of service and privacy policy of Zoho. Ensure you click on the links to read the documents before accepting them.
  5. Click Sign up for free. You will be redirected to Zoho Projects Plus.
  6. Enter your organization name. The portal name will be auto-generated based on the entered organization name.
  7. Enter your contact number.
  8. Click Create Account.
 

Reuse existing Zoho account 

If you already have an existing Zoho account:
  1. Sign in to your Zoho account.
  2. Navigate to projectsplus.zoho.com.
  3. Enter your organization name. The portal name will be auto-generated based on the entered organization name.
  4. Enter your contact number.
  5. Click Create Account.
Newly signed-up accounts are mapped to a free trial for 15 days, after which you will be prompted to upgrade your account. 
 
You will land on the central dashboard page, prompting you to create new portals or associate existing ones.
 

Reuse existing portals 

If you have an existing Zoho account mapped to one or more applications including Zoho Projects, Zoho Sprints, Zoho Analytics, or Zoho WorkDrive, you will be able to reuse your existing portals in Zoho Projects Plus.
  1. Once you sign in to your account, click the application icon in the left panel.
  2. You will be prompted to associate a portal you are already part of.
  3. Select the portal and click Associate.


Notes
Note that Zoho Projects Plus only supports Starter plan in Zoho WorkDrive and Premium plan in Zoho Analytics. If you already have a paid plan higher than these in WorkDrive and Analytics, and associate these accounts with Zoho Projects Plus, you will not be able to access all the paid features. To gain complete access to all features, please purchase add-ons. Zoho One users cannot use Zoho Projects Plus.
