Upgrade your subscription
When a user signs up to use Zoho Projects Plus for the first time, they are provisioned with a 15-day free trial. However, when the trial ends, the user has to upgrade their plan to continue using Zoho Projects Plus to its full potential.
- Click your account icon in the top-right corner to reveal the sidebar.
- Under Subscription, click Manage. You will be redirected to Zoho Store to view the subscription details.
- Verify the plan details and click Upgrade.

- Choose Yearly or Monthly subscription, enter the number of user licenses required for your organization, select the required add-ons, and click Proceed.
- Enter your billing details, choose a payment method, and click Proceed.
Once the payment is successful, your Zoho Projects Plus account will be upgraded.
Upgrade user/add-ons
Increase the number of users and resources, explore more Analytics and WorkDrive features, or expand WorkDrive storage by upgrading users/add-ons.
- Navigate to Zoho Projects Plus and click your account icon in the top-right corner to reveal the sidebar.
- Click Manage under the Subscription section. You will be redirected to Zoho Store.
- Click Upgrade User/Add-Ons to purchase additional users, resources, WorkDrive or Analytics features, or WorkDrive storage.
- Select the required users/add-ons and click Proceed.
- Confirm your order and click Proceed to Pay.
Downgrade user/add-ons
When you wish to reduce the number of users and resource add-ons, or remove WorkDrive or Analytics add-ons, or remove WorkDrive storage add-ons, you can choose to downgrade user/add-ons.
- Navigate to Zoho Projects Plus and click your account icon in the top-right corner to reveal the sidebar.
- Click Manage under the Subscription section. You will be redirected to Zoho Store.
- Click Downgrade User/Add-Ons to remove or reduce users, resource add-ons, remove WorkDrive or Analytics add-ons, or reduce WorkDrive storage add-ons.
- Select the required options and click Proceed.
- Confirm the downgrade and click Proceed.
Downgrade your subscription
When you no longer require the paid plan of Zoho Projects plus, you can downgrade your account. After downgrade, all the bundled applications—Zoho Projects, Zoho Sprints, Zoho Analytics, and Zoho WorkDrive—will be moved to a standalone free plan, with your data moved to the standalone edition.
To downgrade your Zoho Projects Plus account:
- Navigate to Zoho Projects Plus and click your account icon in the top-right corner to reveal the sidebar.
- Click Manage under the Subscription section. You will be redirected to Zoho Store.
- Click Cancel Subscription.
- Confirm the downgrade.
- You can choose to downgrade your plan at the end of the current billing cycle by selecting the check box.
- A confirmation for the downgrade will be displayed.
