Subscription Plan and Change Payment Owner - Zoho Sign

Change subscription plan

Licensing in Zoho Sign is based on the number of users per organization, or the number of documents sent per month.

You can perform the following actions on this page:
  1. Change your plan
  2. Upgrade/downgrade user count
  3. Change payment owner
  4. Cancel your subscription

How to change your Zoho Sign subscription

  1. Go to Settings, then click Subscription details from the left navigation pane. You will see your current licensing plan on this page.
  2. Click Modify plan > Change Plan.
  3. Modify your plan based on your requirement.

How to upgrade or downgrade user license

Upgrading user license

  1. Go to Settings and click Subscription details from the left navigation pane. You will see your current licensing plan on this page.
  2. Click Modify plan > Upgrade Add-Ons.
  3. Select the number of users you wish to add to your organization


Downgrading user license

  1. Go to Settings and click Subscription details from the left navigation pane. You will see your current licensing plan on this page.
  2. Click Modify plan > Downgrade Add-Ons.
  3. Select the number of users you wish to remove from your organization.


How to change the payment owner

If you want someone else from your organization to be the payment owner for your organization's Zoho Sign account, you can change it from the Subscription details page.
  1. Go to Settings and click Subscription details from the left navigation pane
  2. Click Change payment owner.



  3. Select the user whom you wish to make the payment owner from the drop-down and click Save.


How to cancel your Zoho Sign subscription

  1. Go to Settings and click Subscription details from the left navigation pane.
  2. Click Modify plan > Change Plan.
  3. Click Cancel Subscription.
  4. Enter the reason for your subscription cancellation and click CONFIRM DOWNGRADE.
  5. Your license will be automatically downgraded at the end of your current billing cycle. You will also have an option to either downgrade your plan immediately or even resume your subscription.
