Change subscription plan
Licensing in Zoho Sign is based on the number of permissible users per organization or the number of documents sent per month.
Changing your subscription plan
To change your subscription plan,
- Go to 'Settings' and choose 'Subscription details' tab from the left pane.
- You will see your current licensing plan on this page.
- Click Modify plan.
- Click Change Plan.
- Modify your plan based on your requirement.
If you want someone else from your organization to be the payment owner for your organization's Zoho Sign account, you can change it from the Subscription details page.
Changing the payment owner
To make changes to the payment owner,
- Go to 'Settings' and choose 'Subscription details' tab from the left pane.
- Click the 'Change payment owner' button.
- Select the user whom you wish to make the payment owner from the drop-down and click 'Save'.
