Credits purchase and consumption tracking
Zoho Sign allows users to send and sign unlimited documents in the Professional and Enterprise plan. However, regardless of the user's subscription, some features and integrations may incur an additional cost. This additional cost is charged in the form of complimentary Zoho Sign credits, and Zoho Sign credits, which is an add-on that needs to be purchased separately as needed.

Purchasing Zoho Sign credits
- Hover on Settings in the left navigation pane and click Subscription Details.
- In the Subscription Details page, click the More Options drop-down button and select Buy Zoho Sign credits.
- Enter the amount of credits you wish to purchase and click Calculate Price.
- Double check the amount and click Make Payment.
Tracking Zoho Sign credits consumption
- Hover on Settings in the left navigation pane and click Subscription Details.
- Click the More Options drop-down button and select Usage history.
- If you want a detailed usage summary, click the link.
- To export the credit usage, select the date range, click Export as > CSV.
Converting API and SMS credits to Zoho Sign credits
- Hover on Settings in the left navigation pane and click Subscription Details.
- You can find API and SMS credits under Deprecated Add-on.
- Click Convert to Zoho Sign credits.
