Availability - All plans and data centers
Zoho Sign now offers a usage dashboard to help organization administrators with a single view of how their team is using the application. It pulls together envelope volume, feature adoption, environmental impact, regional benchmarks, and what's new in the product all in one place, so you can see at a glance what's working, what isn't, and what's worth a closer look.
Accessing the Usage dashboard
This action can only be performed by administrators. If you're an administrator, click Usage in the left navigation pane. The dashboard will load as Usage overview in the main pane.
The first time you open the page on a new account, most panels will show empty or near-zero values. Send your first envelope, give the dashboard a few minutes to refresh, and the data will start to fill in.
What each panel shows
The page is divided into six panes. The top half tells you where your organization stands today; the bottom half tells you where to go next.
Panel | Time scope | Description |
Envelopes sent | Current year and previous year | Total number of envelopes your organization has sent in the chosen time window, with three tiles below converting that volume into wood saved, CO2 emissions offset, and water conserved.
|
Feature utilization | Last 30 days | Percentage of Zoho Sign features your team has used in the last 30 days, with a list of every feature in your plan that hasn't been touched in that window. Each unused feature is clickable and links to its help article |
Frequently used features | Last 30 days | The features your users have used most often. |
Under utilized features | Last 30 days | Features that exist in your plan but haven't been fully adopted by your users. Each row carries a one-line description and either a Watch video button or a Learn More link to the relevant help article. |

Envelope usage calculation
1 Kg of paper produces around 200 sheets, generates roughly 0.942 kg of CO2 during production, and consumes about 324 liters of water. Wood saved is derived from the same paper figure, using the standard ratio of 25 to 40 sheets per kilogram of wood, with Eucalyptus and Pine as the two species most commonly used in A4 paper production.
