Qualified Electronic Signatures via itsme for EU
Available only in Enterprise edition and in EU data center
This integration allows document signing with Qualified Electronic Signature (QES) and meets the electronic signature specifications laid out by the eIDAS regulation (EU 910/2014).

- This integration can be used by both internal users of your Zoho Sign organization and external signers.
- Only one document per signing request can be signed using this method and each signing activity will consume 18 Zoho Sign credits (1 Zoho Sign credit = €0.10).
Enabling QES via itsme
- From your Zoho Sign dashboard, hover over Settings from the left navigation pane and select Integrations.
- Type itsme in the search box or you can find it listed under Digital signatures.
- Click Configure.
- Click Enable. Please note that no additional credits will be deducted while enabling this integration.

The experience of the signers remains the same as it usually does with Zoho Sign except for the final step. Please note that this service is offered by a third party and the signer will be redirected to their website to authenticate themselves and complete the document signing process.
To sign a document:
- Select itsme from the Sign via dropdown after agreeing to the e-signature terms and filling in all the signer fields.
- Click Proceed.
- Click SIGN.
- Enter your registered phone number and follow the on-screen instructions to finish signing the document.
