Qualified Electronic Signatures via Swisscom for Switzerland
This integration is available across all paid plans in the EU datacenter.
With Zoho Sign's integration with Swisscom, a leading qualified trust service provider (QTSP) for Switzerland, you can digitally sign documents with qualified electronic signatures (QES).
Why do we need the Swisscom integration?
ZertES is the governing law in Switzerland when it comes to electronic signatures. The law lays down conditions that need to be met for electronic signatures to be considered equivalent to wet signatures in the Swiss court of law.
Zoho Sign's integration with Swisscom ensures your documents are admissible in court and compliant with the eIDAS and ZertES regulations. Professionals in industries ranging from automotive to real estate can now sign their documents digitally with Zoho Sign.

Please find a sample document signed with Swisscom attached at the bottom.
How to enable the integration
- From your Zoho Sign dashboard, hover over the Settings tab and select Integrations.
- Toggle QES from Swisscom to ON.
- Mark the check box to accept the terms and conditions in the pop-up, and then click Enable.

Senders can now require their signers to sign documents only with Swisscom.
