Recipient identity verification via Didit

Availability - All paid plans and data centers

Zoho Sign now supports recipient identity verification through Didit which uses a multi-step verification flow that includes government-issued ID document scanning, fraud prevention, and facial match to confirm the identity of the signer.
This method is offered alongside other recipient authentication methods in Zoho Sign, such as SMS, email, WhatsApp, and Stripe Identity.
