Advanced security settings via Zoho Directory
Zoho Sign offers powerful identity and access management via Zoho Directory. Administrators can configure advance security settings for single sign-on (SSO), user imports, app provisioning based on roles, security policy enforcement, and multi-factor authentication.
Prerequisites
- Valid Zoho Sign and Zoho Directory account (or)
- Zoho One account

If you are new to Zoho Directory, follow these steps to create an account, set it up, add users, and add other Zoho applications. Security policies
You can set up customizable security policies depending on each user's profile and responsibilities. These security policies contain three components: password policy, multi-factor authentication, and allowed IPs. To set up a security policy for your Zoho Sign organization as an administrator:
- From your Zoho Directory dashboard, click Admin Panel in the left navigation pane.
- Go to Security and click the Add Security Policy button under the Security Policies tab.
- Name the policy and select the group to which the policy must be applied.
SAML-based SSO
Access Zoho services through third-party applications with a single user credential. To manage all your users through Zoho Direcroty as an administrator:
- From your Zoho Directory dashboard, click Admin Panel in the left navigation pane.
- Click Directory Stores.
- Name the policy and select the group to which the policy must be applied.
