Modules

Any module-related customization can be carried out from within the Modules section in the Settings page. Modules are divided into Default and Custom modules. Clicking on the respective module will take you to its corresponding layout where you can customize your module's layout.  

Default modules  

Default modules are pre-defined standard components provided by Zoho Sprints. Default modules are further classified into Global and Project Modules. 

Global modules in Zoho Sprints  

These modules are common modules and users with the access permission can access them.
  1. Project
  2. Users
  3. OKR 
Project and Users module are mandatory modules and can't be disabled while OKR can be enabled or disabled based on your requirement.

Project modules in Zoho Sprints 

These modules can be accessed from within the Projects.
  1. Work Item
  2. Sprint
  3. Epic
  4. Release
  5. Timesheet
  6. Meeting
  7. Expense
  8. Test Management
Notes
Note:
  1. Work Item and Sprint are mandatory modules and can't be disabled.
  2. Epic, Release, Timesheet, Meeting, Expense and Test Management can be enabled or disabled based on your requirement.

Enable or disable default modules

  1. Click the gear icon at the top-right corner. The settings window will appear.
  2. Select Modules under Customization. The modules listing window will appear.
  3. Click the Default Modules header.
    A list of all modules under this section will appear.
  4. Click the toggle switch to enable or disable default non-mandatory modules. 

  5. Click Enable or Disable to confirm your action. 

Custom Modules  

Build a business module specifically to suit your unique business needs using Custom Modules. Custom modules can be created as a global module or a project specific module based on your preference. 


Enable or disable Custom Modules  

Since Custom Module is a user-created module, all custom modules (both global and project specific) can be enabled or disabled.
  1. Click the gear icon at the top-right corner. The settings window will appear.
  2. Select Modules under Customization. The modules listing window will appear.
  3. Click the Custom Modules header.
    A list of all the custom modules created in the workspace will appear.
  4.  Click the toggle switch to enable or disable custom modules. 

  5. Click Enable or Disable to confirm your action.
