Account settings
Manage you Zoho Sprints account here. You can handle the following aspects of your account:
- Storage space
- Data backup
- Account deletion
Storage space
You can view the total available storage space and the amount of space used. The maximum storage space of your workspace is 100 GB. For additional storage space, you can reach us at support@zohosprints.com.
To view storage details:
- Click the gear icon at the top-right. The settings window will appear.
- Select Account settings under Data Administration.
Data backup
The workspace owner can take a backup of the account data. This can help prevent data loss when you're deleting your account.
To take backup details:
- Click the gear icon at the top-right. The settings window will appear.
- Select Account Settings under B.
- Click the Backup button. A confirmation pop-up will appear.
- Click Yes. The backup process will be initiated. You will receive a notification once the backup is complete.
- After the backup is successful, you will receive an email where you can find the link to download the file. The download link is password protected and it will be active only for a period of 15 days.
- You can take up to five backups in a month.
Delete account
You can close you Zoho Sprints account when you are in an unpaid plan. Learn more about data Zoho's deletion process.
To take backup details:
- Click the gear icon at the top-right. The settings window will appear.
- Select Account Settings under Data Administration.
- Click the Delete Now button. A confirmation pop-up will appear.
- Copy and paste the secret key sent to your registered email address.
- Select the checkbox to confirm that the account will be deleted with your consent.
- Click Delete. You Sprints workspace will be deleted.
- Deleting your workspace will permanently remove all the data in your team. You can take a backup before you delete your workspace.
- You cannot take a backup of your data once you delete your workspace.
