Item process time report
Item process time refers to the time taken by each work item on the board across the different statuses.
What the report shows?
This report shows the duration of individual items on the board
- X-axis denotes the duration spent.
- Y-axis denotes the work items.
- The tinted bars represent the work items.
Insights
- You can view and track the duration of all the work items.
- You can view the Status Timeline of the work item to track the maximum time spent on each status.
Using the data gathered from this report, you can evaluate and analyze the work items that take the maximum time to progress.
Report table
The table below the report provides you with a summary view of the details plotted on the graph or chart. The table lists the work items on the board with details of their status, owner, duration, and timeline view.
Access lead time trend report
To access the report:
- Go to the kanban project.
- Select the Reports module.
- Select Item Process Time report type.
- Hover over the plotted points to view details.
- Click the plotted points or scroll down to navigate to the detailed table for the report.
You can export the reports in PDF and PNG formats for external use.
You can schedule exports to automate periodic export of the reports. Navigate to the Export History to access the exported files.
