Meeting Bridge Integration

Meeting bridge serves as a unified platform for all your third-party meeting services. We often use multiple platforms for online meetings, video conferencing, presentations, and webinars. Switching between different applications and maintaining them all might be tedious. Zoho Sprints comes with a list of handpicked services that cater to your meeting-related requirements. This facilitates a seamless integration and management of multiple services in a single window.

You can integrate your Zoho Sprints account with your existing meeting service provider through meeting bridge, enabling you to host your meetings from Zoho Sprints. You can benefit from the following services:
  1. Gotomeeting: Gotomeeting provides a conferencing platform that allows collaborators to hold meetings online.
  2. Clickmeeting: Clickmeeting solves your online meeting requirements, focusing on conducting webinars and trainings.
  3. Zoom meeting: Zoom is a collaboration tool that enables you to conduct online video conferencing.
  4. MS Teams meeting: MS Team, built for team management, facilitates video conferencing and screen sharing to conduct team meetings.

Configure meeting bridge integration

To configure integration:
  1. Click the gear icon at the top-right corner. The settings window will appear.
  2. Click Others under Marketplace section. The applications available for integration will be listed.
  3. Find Meeting Bridge.

  4. Click the Configure button. The Meeting Bridge window will appear.
  5. Click the +New Provider(s) button to add the required providers and proceed to authorize the integration.


Enable and authorize service providers

To enable service providers:
  1. Navigate to the Meeting Bridge tab.
  2. Click the +New Provider(s) button. The supported third-party meeting services will be listed.
  3. Select the required service provider from the options listed.

  4. Click the Enable button. The service will be added to the list of services for meetings.

  5. Click the Authorize button for the service on the listing page.

  6. Click the Authorize Now button to confirm. You will be redirected to the respective sign-in page.
Sign in using your credentials. The integration will be authorized, and you will be able to create and use meetings from Zoho Sprints using the authorized third party service.

Note: Click the Remove button to delete the integration.

Create meetings using third party services

To create a meeting using third party services:
  1. Open the required project.
  2. Go to Meeting module.
  3. Click the Create button.

  4. Select Online Meeting option. The creation window will appear.
  5. Enter meeting title and schedule.
  6. Select the required service from the dropdown as Provider.

  7. Select the Presenter for the meeting.
  8. Select the required participants.
    Note: Enter the email IDs to invite participants who do not belong to your Sprints workspace. Example: Third-party stakeholders
  9. Define the Type of meeting. Learn more
  10. Set a Reminder for the meeting.
  11. Specify meeting Agenda.
  12. Click the Schedule button. The meeting will be added to the listing page.
A meeting link will be sent to the respective participants via email.

Start meeting using third party service

To start meeting:
  1. Open the required project.
  2. Go to Meeting module. The listing page will appear.

  3. Click the Start link for the required meeting. You or the presenter will be redirected to the respective meeting interface.
