The sprint details page provides you with all the information related to a particular sprint. The header of the page has the sprint name as the title. You can click and edit it to update the sprint name.
The following are the tabs in sprint details:
Details
This section displays primary information about the sprint. This includes project name, sprint owner, start and end dates, total item count, estimation points, sprint status, and the number of days by which the sprint is delayed or ahead. The custom fields that you've included will also be displayed here.
The Add an item to the sprint link allows you to add an item to the sprint via email.
To view sprint details, navigate to the board and click View Sprint Details or navigate to the sprint backlog and click the sprint name.
Description
- The description of the sprint will be displayed here.
- Click the Add Description button to add a description.
- Click the Edit Description button to update it.
Dashboard
View the following charts to study the progress and make informed decisions:
- Sprint completion percentage by item count and point.
- Item count by type and priority.
- User engagement by open and closed items.
- Daily sprint activity by item count and points.
- Billable and non-billable log hours.
- User activity for all and assigned users.
- This section displays all the comments that are made in the sprint.
- Enter the comment in the comment box and click the Add button. To notify a user or group directly, type @ to mention the person or the group and #ID to mention the item.
- View comments as list or thread.
- Add a comment to this item via email. Lear more.
- Add reactions and replies. The replies are displayed in a collapsible windows and are available as a thread of conversation that is easy to follow. On the other hand, you can simply add emoticons to the comments.
- Convert a comment into work item.
- Copy the comment URL to share the same with team members.
- Hover on the comment to edit or delete.

- A user can add up to five reactions to a comment.
- A comment can have up to 1000 reactions.
Items
- This section displays all the items in the sprint.
- View by open and completed items.
- Get a plain view of the items with just the item names or a detail view with status, tags, estimation points, and other information.
- Select multiple items for bulk update.
Meetings
- This section displays the meetings scheduled for the sprint.
- Click the Schedule button to schedule online or offline meetings.
- You can view scheduled, ongoing, and completed meetings under the respective categories.
Timesheet
- This section displays all timesheets submitted for the sprint.
- Click the +Log Hours button to create a new timesheet.
- View log hours by user or date.
- Carry out approval actions for the timesheet.
Users
- This section displays all the users of the sprint.
- View all the users of that sprint and their details like name, email ID, role, and project profile.
- Re-invite users pending invitations.
- Remove users from the sprint.
There are a list of actions supported on the side bar menu. This menu includes widgets and extensions that enhance you work item management process.
- Add - Click the + icon to add item, description, comment, attachment, meeting, log hours, and sprint users.
- Chat - Click the chat icon to start a group conversation with the required participants.
- Delete - Click the delete icon to delete the item.
