View sprint items on sheet
Zoho Sprints comes with the capability to list the work items that are in the backlog, board, epic, and release in the form of a spreadsheet. You can view your sprint work items on a sheet. Click here to learn more about sheet view and its behavior.
View items in spreadsheet
To view items in spreadsheet from sprint board:
- Navigate to the sprint board.
- Select the sprint.
- Click the ellipsis icon at the top.
- Select Sheet View option. The work items will appear on a spreadsheet.
- Read-only mode: You will only be able to view the work items on the sheet.
- Read & Write mode: You will be able to view and edit the work items on the sheet.
View, add or update items
To add or update items using spreadsheet:
- Select Sheet View option for the sprint. The work items will appear on a spreadsheet.
- Enter appropriate field values in the row available after the last record to add new items or edit existing field values to update them.
- Click the Save button. The changes will be updated on the respective sprint board.
