The general settings for workspace include scrum settings and privacy settings.
Strict scrum settings
Zoho Sprints has made it easy for teams that follow a strict scrum methodology. Once you choose to follow a strict scrum process, you can easily implement agile scrum principles in your project management process. Learn more about scrum.

To enable strict scrum:
- Click the gear icon at the top-right corner. The Settings window will appear.
- Select General under Workspace Settings.
- Select Yes to enable strict scrum.
- Select Yes to start multiple sprints. This allows you to start more than one sprint simultaneously.
- Select Yes to allow workspace users to access data using APIs.
- Click the Update button to save the settings.
Only the workspace owner can modify this setting.
Mask email address

You can mask email addresses to improve your users' privacy.
- Navigate to the General Settings page and select Yes for the following:
- Workspace Users: Mask email IDs of your workspace users from display.
- External Users: Mask email IDs of client and vendor users from display.
