Can I remove the text from the loyalty program launcher (widget), keeping only the icon?
Yes, you can. Follow the steps below to remove the post-icon text completely.
In Thrive’s system, go to Widget > Text.
- Scroll down to the Widget Button Text field.
Delete the default text and click Save.

You can remove an affiliate, by blocking them from the program. Go to Participants -> Affiliates. Choose an affiliate record to block. Click Details > Actions. Select Block Member. 5. In the alert popup, click Block.
