Zoho Integrations

Zoho Thrive offers built-in integrations with products like Zoho Campaigns, Zoho CRM, Zoho Marketing Automation, Zoho Bigin, and Zoho Survey.
 
Steps to integrate
  • In Zoho Thrive, navigate to the Settings icon on the top-right corner.
  • Then click Integrations -> Zoho Apps.
  • Choose an integration you wish to integrate with.
  • Click Configure.
  • Select an account from the list.

AlertYou can integrate with the above mentioned products only if you are the Admin of the account you wish to integrate with.

Once the integration is complete, Thrive will initially push all the existing data from your program to the respective system. Post, the data sync will take place at a regular interval.
 
 If the sync attempt fails for five consecutive times, you will receive an email, after which you'll need to manually fix the issue and reset the configuration by enabling the toggle on the respective integration tablet.
 
Any manual changes to the pushed data on the integrated platforms will not be reflected in Zoho Thrive. Changes can only be made from within Thrive.

 These integrations allow you to effortlessly sync and share key data from Thrive across your Zoho ecosystem, including:
  • Member Type – Indicates whether the participant is a direct customer, or referral.
  • Unique Referral Link – The personalized link assigned to each loyalty participant for accurate referral tracking.
  • Referrer Email – Email address of the person who referred the customer.
  • Remaining Points – The current point balance available for the loyalty participant to redeem.
  • Campaign Joined Date – The date the participant joined your loyalty campaign.
 
For Zoho CRM and Zoho Bigin, you’ll need to manually create the following fields in the Contacts module before setting up the integration. This ensures the data pushed from Zoho Thrive is properly mapped and visible on the respective platform.
 
Text Fields:

Date Field:
  • zthrivecampaignjoineddate
 
 To create custom fields:
  • Navigate to Setup -> Customization -> Modules and Fields.
  • Click Contacts.
  • Hover over the Standard layout and click Edit Layout.
  • Drag and drop the respective fields from under the New Fields section.
  • Rename the field with the field names provided above.
  • Click Save and Close.

Note: Currently the Zoho CRM integration in Zoho Thrive supports syncing customer and loyalty-related data from Thrive to Zoho CRM.
