With Zoho Thrive’s flexible notification system, your emails go beyond simple updates; they help build lasting customer relationships. Send well-timed, relevant messages that make your customers feel engaged and appreciated.
Zoho Thrive’s Loyalty Program includes Customer Welcome and Reward Earned email notifications by default. From a warm welcome when they join your loyalty program to instant alerts when they earn a reward, every message adds value to their journey.
Note: All customer emails contain default content, which you can choose to keep or modify completely using various customizations like merge tags, links, text styles, and more.
1. Customer Welcome
Automatically send a welcome email when customers join your loyalty program. Highlight the benefits, explain how it works, and guide them on how to start earning rewards so they feel informed and ready to engage.
2. Reward Earned
Automatically send a quick, thoughtful email when a customer earns a reward. Share the details, how they earned it, and what to do next, making their experience feel seamless, exciting, and valued.
Text editor toolbar
To create text URLs using the Link button:
- Select a text.
- Click the
icon.
- In the popup, copy - paste the landing page URL.
- Click Add.
To Edit, Remove, or Preview the link:
- Click the highlighted text.
- Choose your desired action.
To update the sender (From) details:
- In the email's preview, go to the From section.
- Click the drop-down icon.
- If you haven't added any additional sender details to the system yet, click Add Sender and follow the steps listed in this article. Alternatively, you can select a sender from the list of email addresses' displayed.
To add merge tags to your email:
- Place your cursor on the screen where the merge tag should be displayed.
- Click Merge Tags.
- Select a merge tag to add.
Once you have modified the email content, you can preview the email or send a test email by following the steps below:
- Select the email you wish to test.
- Click Preview.
- Under Test Email, enter the email address where you wish to receive the email.
- Click Send.
