Sender Emails
Sender details are the "from" details you see while sending email notifications. In Zoho Thrive, you can only use verified sender emails to reduce spamming.
Due to Google's new policy, we've restricted the use of email addresses with the domain @gmail.com and @googlemail.com, as a sender email. Instead, you can use non-generic email addresses with a different domain.
To add new sender details:
- In the navigation toolbar, click the
icon.
- Select Sender Details.
- Click +Add New.
- In the pop-up, enter your Sender Name (recipient will receive all their emails under this name) and Email Address.
- Click Add.
- Once the record is listed, select Click to Verify.
- This will generate a verification code to the specified email address.
- Copy the code from your email and paste it in the space allotted within the pop-up.
- If you haven't received the code yet, click Resend email and repeat the above step. Otherwise, click Submit.
To delete an existing sender and their details:
- From the list, choose the sender that you want to remove.
- Click the delete button adjacent to the respective sender's details.
Note: The primary sender details given while creating the account cannot be deleted.
