Sender details refer to the "From" information displayed when sending email notifications. In Zoho Thrive, only verified sender emails can be used to prevent spam.
Due to Google's new policy, we've restricted the use of email addresses with the domain @gmail.com and @googlemail.com, as a sender email. Instead, you can use non-generic email addresses with a different domain.Click the Settings icon in the navigation toolbar.
Select Sender Details -> Emails and click +Add New.
In the pop-up, enter your Sender Name (this will appear as the sender in emails) and Email Address, then click Add.
Once added, click Click to verify next to the new sender details.
A verification code will be sent to the specified email.
Copy the code from your email and paste it into the verification field in Thrive.
If you haven't received the code, click Resend email and repeat the verification step.
Click Submit to complete the process.
Deleting a sender email
From the list of senders, select the one you want to remove.
Click the Delete icon next to the sender’s details.
The primary sender details added during account creation cannot be deleted.
