How Feature Limits Apply to End Users

When an end user subscribes to a vertical application built by a developer, the feature limits of the base plan chosen by the developer will apply to that end user’s account. However, there are a few important things to keep in mind:
  1. The end user’s access to features depends on the limits of the plan tier (Starter, Growth, or Scale) selected by the developer when creating the pricing plan. If the developer has already configured and used some of the available limits (like modules, roles, or profiles) while building the application, those counts are deducted from the total limit available to the end user.
  2. If a feature is not directly available in the plan tier but is associated with a module included in that plan, the feature will still function but won’t be visible or configurable by the end user.
