This depends on the region your target audience is in. If you have leads or target audiences all around the world, it is advisable to conduct webinars for one region at a time. The time zone you select for your webinar should be the time zone of your audience. For example if you are in Asia and you want to conduct a webinar for your target audience in USA or Canada, you would select EST, CST, MST, or PST, depending where your audience are primarily located. Similarly, if you want to host webinars for your audience in India, you would to select IST.

Weekly webinars work well to attract audiences and keep them engaged. Most people commit to attending only one webinar during their work week. If they miss it, you can always give them the opportunity to attend the next webinar the following week.

You can host a webinar for as long as you want. There is no cut-off time for webinars in Zoho Webinar.

 

Organizers can share the responsibility of hosting a webinar with co-organizers. Co-organizers can do everything from recording the webinar, launching polls and answering questions, to presenting in the webinar. Organizers can also add guest speakers as co-organizers to let them present in the webinar. If the co-organizer is from the same organization, they can even start the webinar in the organizer's absence.
