Set up your Zoho RPA Account

1. Create your Zoho RPA Account

You will need a Zoho Account to get started with building your RPA Automations.

If you have already have an existing Zoho Account
  1. Go to https://rpa.zoho.com/
  2. Click on Access Zoho RPA.
If you do not have a Zoho account
  1. Click here to sign up for Zoho RPA.
  2. Fill out the sign-up form. Enter the required details, such as Name, Business email, Password, and Phone number.
  3. Read the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, then check the I agree checkbox.
  4. Click Sign Up For Free.


Alternatively, you can sign up using your Google or LinkedIn account. This option is available below Sign Up For Free.

After signing up
Fill in your Organization details, then click Create



Note:
If you already have an existing organization in Zoho Flow, we will use the organization details in Zoho RPA as well.
If you have been invited to join an organization in Zoho RPA, you will not be able to edit organization details unless you have the admin role. To join a Zoho RPA organization, click Accept Invite in the invitation mail, then sign up or sign in

2. Sign in

Once you have created your Zoho RPA account, use the same details to sign in:
  1. Visit the Zoho RPA Sign in page.
  2. In the Email / Phone field, enter your email address or phone number.
  3. In the Password field, type in your password, and click Sign In.
  4. To avoid entering details each time you sign in, check the box next to Keep me signed in.
Once your login is successfully authenticated, you will be navigated to your Zoho RPA Account Dashboard.

Forgot Password

  1. If you have forgotten your account password, use the Forgot Password link on the sign-in page.
  2. Enter the Email Address or mobile number linked to your Zoho RPA account.
  3. Type the verification image captcha that appears on the page and click Next.
  4. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. Follow the instructions given in the email.

Confirm your account

  1. Once you register with any Zoho Service, a verification email will be sent to your email address.
  2. Open your email and click the link provided to confirm your email address.
  3. In case you do not find the link to confirm your email, follow the steps in this article.
