Create an RPA Flow using AI

RPA Flow is a workflow that comprises of a trigger and a set of actions to automate the manual repetitive tasks. Creating an RPA Flow is now made easier using ZIA. You don't have to drag and drop the tasks or use the recorder to record the steps and convert it to workflow. You can simply explain your workflow to Zia using natural language and the AI engine will take care of creating the entire workflow.

Workflow generation using AI is available for windows and web applications only.

Prerequisites for this feature

1. Enable Zia in Settings -> Zia page

2. Enable Create flow in Feature settings in the same Zia page and choose the AI model (Default is Zoho AI)

Creating the flow

In the create flow page, click on the 'Create with ZIA' button that takes to the next page, where you can describe your wokflow in natural language.

First choose the RPA Agent. Create one, if you haven't created already.

Then, describe your workflow in a detailed manner. Giving detailed natural language explanation of what you want to do, will help the AI platform to create the workflow accurately.

Note 1: Actions are generated from the initial loaded web page only. However, the workflow generation can be continued further, using the Zia recorder within the workflow builder, by providing additional prompts and generating additional actions.

Note 2: Currently, AI doesn't perform live actions like clicking buttons or menus during workflow generation, so any text or data revealed by those actions won't be captured. Once the actions are created, you must manually map variables to action inputs.

Use detailed prompts for better accuracy, review all steps to match your business process and avoid entering sensitive or confidential data in the prompt.
