Integrating Zoho Forms into a Zoho Sites website is a simple and effective way to collect and manage data from your website visitors. 

To integrate your Zoho Form into your Zoho Sites website  

  1. Click the Add icon.
  1. Click Form.
  1. Select Zoho Forms.
  1. Forms that are added to your Zoho Forms account will be listed here, and you can select from them.
  1. If there are no existing forms, click Go to Zoho Forms and create the required form. You can refer to this user guide for additional information on creating Zoho Forms.

  1. Select the form you wish to add to your webpage from the left pane, then click Add.




That's it! Your Zoho Forms form is now integrated into your Zoho Sites webpage, and you can start collecting data from your website visitors.


Note:
  1. Please do not collect passwords or CVV numbers using Zoho Forms. Click here to read more.
  2. Publishing a form in Zoho Forms is a prerequisite for this integration.
