Downgrade/Cancel Subscription

The Downgrade feature allows you to switch to a more basic plan if it better suits your requirements.
 

To downgrade your Zoho Sites subscription

  1. Go to your Subscriptions page by clicking the Profile icon in the top-right corner, then clicking Subscriptions from the dropdown.



  2. Choose the site which you wish to downgrade. Select your subscribed plan and click Manage Subscription.



  3. Click Downgrade.



To cancel your Zoho Sites subscription

If you decide to cancel your Zoho Sites subscription but want to keep your progress in the site builder for up to 60 days, you can click Downgrade to Free Plan. This option will immediately unpublish your site, but you'll retain access to your site builder progress. You can continue to make changes in the site builder, although publishing the site will not be possible. If the site is inactive for over 60 days, the site deletion process will be initiated with due notice.
